The problem is about o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles system too rich at higher load, bank 2 . So for next pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
04622 Possible Causes:
04622 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

What To Check After Fixing 04622 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
