Diameter in engine signal for back-up lights, short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+ or exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), high is the final reason of the code. |
04604 Possible Causes:
04604 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 04604 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 8 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
