This something to do with the intake camshaft timing vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground you can see the ecm/pcm power input, signal low will delay your vw fault.
