When you open a/c request b, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), upper limit exceeded and wait then glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
04594 Possible Causes:
04594 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04594 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
