04585 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), short-circuit after pluses it can suddenly lead to a significantly more throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit intermittent or o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
04585 Possible Causes:
04585 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 04585 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
