Diagnosing engine bar with valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (n304), range / performance to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), open circuit or change evaporative emission system switching valve, stuck closed is the final reason of the code. |
04579 Possible Causes:
04579 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04579 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
