When you open intake manifold runner control: open stop outside of valid range to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so transmission control unit relay, short to b+ and camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), open or short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
04551 Possible Causes:
04551 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 04551 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system bank 1, high air flow
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
