When you open load signal from alternator terminal df, open or short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, tension too small you can see the reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
04516 Possible Causes:
04516 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 04516 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
