04515 Possible Causes:
04515 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 04515 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine torque reduction, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
