This code were stamped on VW Engine case o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor pre-catalyst exhaust bank 4 effect too small or engine torque reduction, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
045 Possible Causes:
045 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 045 Code
- Inspect all the connections control of valves pump / nozzle, mechanical errors
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
