Diameter in engine glow plug/heater relay circuit, electrical to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, tension too small . On the other hand intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1 is the final reason of the code. |
04492 Possible Causes:
04492 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 04492 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'f' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
