Staring in engine engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit range / performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more valve for fuel bypass (n312), interruption/short-circuit after mass you can see the pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
04486 Possible Causes:
04486 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 04486 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, voltage too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
