This code were stamped on VW Engine case transmission mount valve 1 (n262), open circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more turbo/super charger over-boost condition . So for next exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak is the final reason of the code. |
04479 Possible Causes:
04479 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 04479 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'd', maximum stop performance
