The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel pump "b", low flow / performance and coolant degassing valve, control circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
04470 Possible Causes:
04470 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04470 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel fired heater, disabled
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
