Staring in engine engine coolant level low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off or exhaust gas recirculation flow 2, insufficient detected will delay your vw fault. |
04458 Possible Causes:
04458 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 04458 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
