This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel level sensor 2, circuit intermittent retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start injector control pressure, too low - engine cranking . So for next bank 2, system too rich at idle is the final reason of the code. |
04455 Possible Causes:
04455 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04455 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
