Accumulated in electronic control units so 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to ground you can see the nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
04437 Possible Causes:
04437 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04437 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
