When you open automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit implausible signal retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+ you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
04424 Possible Causes:
04424 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 04424 Code
- Inspect all the connections clutch pressure, adaptation at limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
