04422 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 and wait then secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
04422 Possible Causes:
04422 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04422 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pump "b" control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
