The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault internal control module, driver error causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit range / performance also camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
04409 Possible Causes:
04409 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 04409 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544) errors in basic adjustment
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
