This code were stamped on VW Engine case valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), regulation range exceeded it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant temperature sensor, circuit high or change starter interlock, circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
04409 Possible Causes:
04409 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04409 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
