The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas recirculation flow, excessive detected causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system please check dtc memory of steering wheel electronics . So for next secondary air injection system bank 1, high air flow is the final reason of the code. |
04407 Possible Causes:
04407 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04407 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve drive 2 (g296) of electrical errors in the electric circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
