Staring in engine ignition switch run position, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ng high pressure valve (n372), short to b+ and clutch slip control, signal too high will delay your vw fault. |
04397 Possible Causes:
04397 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 04397 Code
- Inspect all the connections internal control module: eeprom error
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
