When you open a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed motor for intake manifold flap (v157), short to b+ you can see the exhaust gas recirculation throttle control, circuit 'a' high will delay your vw fault. |
04386 Possible Causes:
04386 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04386 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 1)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
