The problem is about fuel pump, electronics faulty retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (n304), regulation range exceeded and wait then pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
04373 Possible Causes:
04373 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 04373 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3/4 lambda probes before kat exchanges
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
