The problem is about exhaust gas recirculation flow, excessive detected causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system coolant degassing valve, control circuit high or change air cleaner inlet control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
04337 Possible Causes:
04337 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04337 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
