The problem is about water in fuel sensor, circuit intermittent retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, lower limit not reached . On the other hand turbocharger speed sensor, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
04308 Possible Causes:
04308 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 04308 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan control 1: open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
