When you open throttle actuator control system, sudden high air flow detected mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction or change nox sensor bank 1, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
04291 Possible Causes:
04291 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04291 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
