The problem is about exhaust bank 3/4 lambda probes before kat exchanges causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean and exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
04279 Possible Causes:
04279 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 04279 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
