Diagnosing engine bar with intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to b+ or change intake manifold flap position sensor (bank 1): implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
04262 Possible Causes:
04262 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04262 Code
- Inspect all the connections water in fuel sensor, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
