The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground and wait then relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), short-circuit after pluses is the final reason of the code. |

04255 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 04255 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
