Staring in engine oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake reductant injection valve circuit range / performance, bank 2 unit 1 and please check dtc memory of ecu number 2 is the final reason of the code. |
04226 Possible Causes:
04226 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 04226 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
