Staring in engine data bus powertrain, missing message from control module level control retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to ground and secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
04223 Possible Causes:
04223 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04223 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
