When you open ecm/pcm power input, signal it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, electrical error also ignition switch run/start position, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
04222 Possible Causes:
04222 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04222 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, tension too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
