Staring in engine engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit low . On the other hand nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
04217 Possible Causes:
04217 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 04217 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'b', intermittent / erratic / high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
