Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 4, out of range mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to ground or intake flap motor 2 (v275), no signal will delay your vw fault. |
04213 Possible Causes:
04213 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04213 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
