This code were stamped on VW Engine case reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to b+ also exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
04194 Possible Causes:
04194 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04194 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
