Accumulated in electronic control units so data bus powertrain, missing message from diagnostic interface-control module It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit high also motor for intake manifold flap (v157), no signal is the final reason of the code. |
04172 Possible Causes:
04172 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
