Accumulated in electronic control units so secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more crankshaft position signal output, circuit low or change givers 2 for intake air temperature (g299), signal too small is the final reason of the code. |
04168 Possible Causes:
04168 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04168 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, no activity
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
