This something to do with the intake camshaft timing function restriction due to brake temperature run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, lower limit exceeded or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
04167 Possible Causes:
04167 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04167 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "b", low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
