Diagnosing engine bar with pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, electrical error and please check dtc memory of transmission ecu is the final reason of the code. |
04165 Possible Causes:
04165 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04165 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
