04157 Possible Causes:
04157 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 04157 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission request torque reduction, implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
