04156 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 2 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start please check dtc memory of steering wheel electronics and wait then injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
04156 Possible Causes:
04156 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04156 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant pump control, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
