The problem is about reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more cylinder 4 above knock threshold and exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
04149 Possible Causes:
04149 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 04149 Code
- Inspect all the connections clutch pedal position (cpp) switch (f194), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
