Diagnosing engine bar with fuel pump "b", low flow / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system intake manifold flap position sensor (bank 1): implausible signal you can see the linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, implausible will delay your vw fault. |
04148 Possible Causes:
04148 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04148 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
