04139 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine please check dtc memory of engine ecu retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to b+ and wait then malfunction indication light (k83), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
04139 Possible Causes:
04139 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 04139 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), regulation range exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
