When you open throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor a camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit low and reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
04131 Possible Causes:
04131 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 04131 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
