Accumulated in electronic control units so evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles coolant circulation pump relay (j151), open circuit or linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4, compensation wire pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
04124 Possible Causes:
04124 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04124 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator valve (n331), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
