Diameter in engine throttle actuator control system, stuck closed retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start kick down switch malfunction or change turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low is the final reason of the code. |
04122 Possible Causes:
04122 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04122 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'b', range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
