04112 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system torque management feedback signal "b" . So for next fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
04112 Possible Causes:
04112 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 04112 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
