Diagnosing engine bar with intake air heater "a", circuit range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit or change signal buzzer activation, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
04109 Possible Causes:
04109 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 04109 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
